TaraColleen Macatee, MFT, Psy.D.
Executive Director
Dr. TaraColleen Macatee joined Kaleidoscope Family Solutions in its inception in 2004 as Program Director. In 2010 she became the agency’s Executive Director. Dr. Macatee has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Assessment from Chestnut Hill College.
She has over 20 years’ experience working with children and adults with special needs. She has worked with all age groups and specializes in the areas of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. She is trained in assessment and functional analysis and holds certification as an FBA trainer and mediator. She has held numerous leadership positions locally while with Kaleidoscope including serving on ISAAC (Information Sharing and Autism Committee) subcommittee which supports services for individuals with Autism. Dr. Macatee has testified on behalf of adults with Autism for better quality programing for the State Department managing services in Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the Human Rights Committee at the agency as well as the Quality Assurance Committee.
Dr. Macatee has worked in residential facilities, group homes and outpatient clinics with people of varying abilities. She has experience operating non-profit and for-profit companies throughout the northeastern United States.
She is also an adjunct professor at local colleges and universities and enjoys teaching cultural awareness, ethics and psychopathology.
Kristina Camaroto, M.Ed, BCBA
Clinical Director
Kristina Camaroto is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience providing services to children and families with autism and developmental disabilities. She holds a Masters Degree in Child Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Special Education.
Kristina joined the Kaleidoscope ABA team in December 2019. She has worked with children and adolescents in a variety of settings through home -based therapy, clinic-based therapy and in the classroom as an early childhood special education teacher. She has been a practicing BCBA for 11 years. Her clinical work has focused on communication skills, social and play skills, community integration and treating challenging behavior. Kristina is passionate about mentoring clinicians in compassionate ABA practices that focus on improving socially important behaviors and building trusting relationships to make an impactful difference in children’s lives.
Kristin Riley
Intake Director
Kristen Riley has been in the human service field for over 20 years including inpatient, outpatient, in home and community and residential settings. She joined Kaleidoscope 10 years ago and has held various roles within the agency. Kristen started in our KFS Western Pennsylvania region where she grew the business and expanded our adult services. After overseeing the program in Western Pennsylvania Kristen relocated to the corporate office and has worked as Operations Director, and PA State Director under the 6100 regulations. She currently works with the ABA team in admissions as well as assisting with licensure practices, audits, opening new centers, and insurance/billing issues.
Kristen was previously in the US Air Force, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and is currently in her Master’s Program for Business Administration. She has a huge passion for helping others in any way possible.
Beth Keeley, MSA
Controller
Beth Keeley is a senior-level financial executive with over 20 years of experience with the financial services, retail and mortgage industries. She has a broad accounting, budgeting, tax, analysis and strategic modeling background and a demonstrated ability to manage costs and assist business lines in driving financial results. Beth brings critical and analytical thinking and strong financial discipline to the business and has an excellent grasp of how to support non-profit clients and their respective business models.
Beth holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting.
